Rifat Koyuncu Foundry, a successful name in this deeply rooted sector, started its journey in 2002 with a cupola furnace system and continues its production activities today in a facility equipped with modern technologies.

Evolving Technology from Foundation to Present

Behind every success lies visionary steps taken at the right time. After a modest beginning in 2002, our firm moved to its new 1000-square-meter facility in 2006 to meet the increasing demands of the sector and our customers. Transforming its production infrastructure with this move, our firm transitioned to induction furnace technology in melting processes, elevating quality and efficiency standards to the highest level.

Integrated Production Approach: From Casting to Machining

Not only casting, our firm also incorporated a CNC workshop in 2010 to offer turnkey solutions to its customers. As a result, precision, speed, and flawless surface quality were achieved, especially in the manufacturing of bushed and blind pulleys.

We Control Quality In-House

We meticulously manage every stage of our production process. By managing all processes in-house, from R&D and design to model production, from the casting stage to machining, we eliminate dependency on external sources. Consequently, we personally track the quality of our products and deliver them to our customers with a "zero defect" policy.
